Yes, with important rules:

• Vapes/e-cigarettes (incl. disposables): carry-on only (not checked), protect the device from accidental activation, and do not charge or use them on board.

• E-liquids: in hand luggage they must follow the liquids rule (max 100 ml per container, up to ~1 L total). Larger bottles go in checked baggage.

• Shisha device (hookah): generally allowed; pack carefully (bowl/stem), and avoid carrying coals or gas burners. Large setups are best in checked baggage.

• Shisha molasses/tobacco: allowed for personal use; if it’s paste/molasses, the liquids rule applies in carry-on. Customs limits vary by destination.

• Nicotine pouches: Usually permitted in both carry-on and checked baggage for personal use. Check local laws at your destination, as regulations can vary.

• Important: some countries ban e-cigs entirely—always check destination laws before you fly (examples include Hong Kong, SAR, India, Thailand, Qatar).

• Disclaimer: The above is based on publicly available airline and travel authority guidelines. Rules can change without notice — please verify directly with your airline and destination’s customs before you fly.
